باستخدامك موقع Faried (faried.online) وأيٍّ من أدواته، فأنت توافق على هذه الشروط. إذا لم توافق عليها، يُرجى عدم استخدام الموقع.
1. مسؤولية الملفات التي ترفعها
- أنت وحدك المسؤول عن أي ملف ترفعه أو ترسله عبر خدمة «رفع الملفات» أو أي أداة أخرى، وعن محتواه، وعن مشاركة رابطه مع الآخرين.
- تقرّ بأنك تملك حقوق الملفات التي ترفعها أو لديك إذن صريح من أصحابها بنشرها ومشاركتها.
- Faried لا يراجع محتوى الملفات ولا يتحقق منه، ولا يتحمّل أي مسؤولية عن نوعية الملفات التي يرفعها المستخدمون أو عن أي ضرر أو مخالفة ناتجة عنها.
2. المحتوى الممنوع
يُمنع رفع أو مشاركة أي ملف:
- ينتهك حقوق الملكية الفكرية أو حقوق النشر لأي جهة (أفلام، برامج مقرصنة، كتب، موسيقى… دون إذن).
- يحتوي على فيروسات أو برمجيات ضارة أو أي شيء يهدف إلى الإضرار بالأجهزة أو البيانات.
- يحتوي على محتوى غير قانوني أو إباحي أو عنيف أو يحرّض على الكراهية، أو يمسّ الأطفال بأي شكل.
- يحتوي على بيانات شخصية لآخرين دون موافقتهم، أو يُستخدم في الاحتيال أو التصيّد.
3. حقوقنا
- يحق لنا حذف أي ملف وإيقاف أي رابط في أي وقت ودون إشعار مسبق، إذا اشتبهنا في مخالفته لهذه الشروط أو للقانون.
- يحق لنا التعاون مع الجهات المختصة عند طلبها رسميًا، وفقًا للقانون.
- الملفات تُحذف تلقائيًا عند انتهاء مدة الرابط، ولسنا مسؤولين عن فقدان أي ملف؛ احتفظ دائمًا بنسخة لديك.
4. الإبلاغ عن ملف مخالف
إذا وجدت ملفًا مخالفًا أو ينتهك حقوقك، راسلنا على [email protected] مع رابط التنزيل، وسنحذفه في أسرع وقت.
5. إخلاء المسؤولية
- تُقدَّم الخدمات «كما هي» دون أي ضمان لاستمرارها أو خلوها من الأخطاء.
- Faried غير مسؤول عن أي خسارة أو ضرر مباشر أو غير مباشر ناتج عن استخدام الموقع أو أدواته أو عن الملفات المتداولة من خلاله.
- أوقات الصلاة والتقويم الهجري واتجاه القبلة محسوبة رياضيًا للاسترشاد، ويُرجع في الأمور الشرعية إلى الجهات المختصة في بلدك.
6. تعديل الشروط
قد نحدّث هذه الشروط من وقت لآخر، واستمرارك في استخدام الموقع بعد التحديث يعني موافقتك عليها. راجع أيضًا سياسة الخصوصية.

By using Faried (faried.online) or any of its tools, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
1. Responsibility for the files you upload
- You alone are responsible for any file you upload or send through File Transfer or any other tool, for its content, and for sharing its link with others.
- You confirm that you own the rights to the files you upload, or have explicit permission from their owners to publish and share them.
- Faried does not review or check file contents, and accepts no responsibility for the kind of files users upload or for any harm or violation resulting from them.
2. Prohibited content
You may not upload or share any file that:
- infringes anyone's intellectual property or copyright (films, pirated software, books, music… without permission);
- contains viruses, malware or anything designed to damage devices or data;
- is illegal, pornographic, violent or hateful, or harms children in any way;
- contains other people's personal data without their consent, or is used for fraud or phishing.
3. Our rights
- We may delete any file and disable any link at any time without notice if we suspect it breaks these terms or the law.
- We may cooperate with the competent authorities when formally required by law.
- Files are deleted automatically when their link expires, and we are not responsible for any lost file — always keep your own copy.
4. Reporting a file
If you find a file that breaks these rules or infringes your rights, email [email protected] with the download link and we will remove it as soon as possible.
5. Disclaimer
- The services are provided "as is", without any guarantee that they will be available or error-free.
- Faried is not liable for any direct or indirect loss or damage arising from the use of the site, its tools, or the files shared through it.
- Prayer times, the Hijri calendar and the Qibla direction are calculated for guidance; for religious matters, refer to the competent authorities in your country.
6. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time; continuing to use the site after an update means you accept it. See also our privacy policy.
